Our policy lasts 7 days. You can raise the return/refund request in 7 days once your purchase is delivered, Beyond 7 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
To be eligible for a return / refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, you need to raise the return request from the website and once we approve the return, we will arrange the pickup. Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund / Replacement.
If you are approved for replacement, your item will be dispatched in 2-3 working days. Replacement of the item subject to the availability of the product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
If you are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly confirm with your bank / Credit Card Company.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
